General description: Square piano by Willem Broedelet, Utrecht, Netherlands, ca. 1820. Case made of bleached mahogany with a rosewood nameboard featuring two rectangular brass ajour openings lined with red fabric. Equipped with an English double action and a metal hitchpin plate with one bar. Cranked damper system with old men’s hat dampers covered in felt. One pedal for sustain. Modern metal tuning pins (the only non-original feature). Excellent condition. Accompanied by an oak chair with a floral cushion. Inventory number: 3306.
