General description: Viennese action in a mahogany case with satinwood inlay. Ivory naturals with ebony sharps. The first five strings are bichord with wrapped strings, the rest of the piano is trichord. The hammer heads are felt over a layer of leather, however these are likely not original. The wooden frame of the piano was constructed using a technique called brickwork, where the wood is glued or laminated together to create larger, stronger pieces of wood.
